*Your NONREFUNDABLE Registration Fee includes the Supply Fee and also holds your child’s
spot for the 2007-’08 school year.
**Monthly tuition based on Annual Enrollment. This is not a drop-in program. Tuition is due each
month, regardless of absences due to illness, inclement weather, or traveling.
Siblings enrolled in CCPC Mother’s Day Out Program receive 10% discount off tuition.
This discount does not apply to siblings enrolled in JKS.
