Presbyterian Communities and Services is a faith-based, not-for-profit organization, founded in May 2008 through the joining of Grace Presbyterian Village, Faith Presbyterian Hospice and Presbyterian Village North.
Presbyterian Village and Presbyterian Village North are models for retirement living, healthcare, wellness and rehabilitation services; Faith Presbyterian Hospice provides unequaled end-of-life care.

Giving to Presbyterian Communities and Services Foundation makes it possible to continue providing excellence and compassion to the residents, patients, and loved ones they serve. With your support, Presbyterian Communities and Services Foundation enhances PC&S resident and patient services, promotes engaging activities and innovative programs, and maintains the Caring and Faith Funds for those needing financial assistance.
