Canyon Creek Prays

In a program called Canyon Creek Prays each member and staff person of Canyon Creek Presbyterian Church and their families are prayed for every day by volunteers from the congregation.

During this year 259 members and staff have been praying, daily, anonymously and by individual name, for three or four families (10 to 12 people). This is simple, powerful and certainly brings each of us closer to God. Those praying are provided with a laminated pocket size list in addition to the written list of those for whom they pray.

The Healing Prayer Ministry provides confidential opportunities to receive personal prayer for healing of physical, emotional and spiritual issues. We believe that Christ is the Great Physician, who heals our broken bodies, broken hearts and broken spirits.

This Prayer Group meets weekly to offer intercessory prayer for Canyon Creek Presbyterian Church, the Community and the Nation. Prayer time is from 10:00 to 11:00 in Room 313.

Prayer Partners is a Women's Prayer Group. This main focus is contacting and praying for a specific partner. Reassignment of Partners is bi-monthly. This group meets for breakfast, fellowship and prayer on the first Saturday of each month.

A Prayer Retreat is held once a year at the Spring Hill Retreat Center. For more information, call Pat at 972-235-3295.
