CCPC Music Department Voice Lessons

The CCPC Music Ministry is offering private voice lessons to youth and adults in the community. Joshua Hughes, our Director of Children’s Music, will be teaching half-hour ($30) and hour ($60) long lessons right here at CCPC.

Joshua Hughes is a gifted educator, singer, conductor, and performer. Hailing from Missouri, he received a Bachelor of Music Education in Vocal Music from Oklahoma City University and a Master of Music in Voice Performance and Pedagogy from The Peabody Conservatory of Music at The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD. He is a certified music educator in Oklahoma and Maryland and has taught all ages from 3 to 95 in classrooms, choirs, and private voice studios. In addition to conducting and educating, Hughes is an in-demand performer. Lauded as “a lush, rich baritone” (Theatre Bloom) with “a brilliant vocal range” (DC Metro Theater Arts), he has performed in educational, community, and professional opera, operetta, and musical theatre productions throughout the country.
