Have you considered creating a legacy of faith and love that lasts for generations to come?
Your generosity can ensure that the ministries and missions of the church continue to shape and change the lives of others. You’ve already given your time, talents and service. Now, you can create a legacy to nurture that which is most important to you.
The Legacy Fund is overseen by a committee of former Session members, and all its disbursements must be approved by the Session. You may designate your gift to one of the 5 Legacy Funds:
- General Fund
- Mission Fund
- Education Fund
- Worship and Music Fund
- Grounds and Facilities Fund
Legacy Fund Ministry contributions may be in the form of:
- Cash
- The bequest of a gift from your will or trust
- The bequest of a gift from your 401k or IRA. This option can typically be done with a one-page beneficiary form provided by your financial advisor.
- The bequest of a gift of stock or bonds. This option can typically be done with a one-page beneficiary form provided by your financial advisor.
- The bequest of a gift of property.
Options 3 & 4 can be attractive options if you already have a will and do not wish to amend it.
